Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Oh Player, a business-to-business video hosting service operated by OhPlayer.
Last updated: 11 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Oh Player is operated by OhPlayer, a business registered in Poland at aleja Grunwaldzka 472B, 80-309 Gdańsk, Poland. Contact: hello@ohplayer.com. These terms are for business customers; by using the service you confirm you act for a business and not as a consumer.
2. The service
Oh Player lets you upload source video, encode it, configure a branded player, and publish links and embeds. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure, and you must provide accurate account information.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
Plans are priced on stored source video; delivery is fair use and is never billed per play (see the Fair use page). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout, until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time or unused storage.
We may change prices with advance notice; a change applies from your next billing period after the notice. Taxes are added where applicable.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of uploaded content and must have the rights needed to upload, process and share it. You authorize OhPlayer and its service providers to store, encode and deliver it to run the service. Published playback URLs and embeds are public.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content; access another account's data; bypass service limits; or resell raw playback or embeds as a hosting service. Do not abuse delivery, storage or bandwidth. See the Fair use page.
7. Service limits
Plan limits are shown on the pricing page and in the product. Current technical limits include 2 GB per uploaded file, input duration up to two hours, formats MP4, MOV, WebM and M4V, and output up to 1080p. Rate and resource limits apply. Limits may change as plans are finalized.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or presents a security or legal risk. Where practical, we contact the account owner first. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation is described in section 4.
9. Availability and data
The service may experience interruptions or changes. Keep your own copies of important originals. Deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, OhPlayer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [TO FILL — jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated before they take effect; continued use means you accept them.
