Will a viral week change my bill?

No. Plans are priced on source-video storage. Delivery is fair use — we don't meter plays, so a video that takes off does not change the bill. Read the fair use policy.

Can I keep my current Vimeo or Wistia embed live while I try this?

Yes. Import the file, brand the Oh Player, and keep the old embed running until you are ready to swap. Need help with an existing library? Email the migration team and keep your current player live while you evaluate.

What does fair use mean, in practice?

Normal business use: demos, testimonials, onboarding, and sales videos watched by your team, customers, and prospects. We don't sell a metered play counter. Abuse and CDN-scale redistribution are outside fair use — details are on the fair use page.

What's the difference between Core and Pro?

Core ($24, 150 GB) is the branded player, captions, embeds, engagement analytics, conversion reporting and comparisons, timed CTAs, lead forms, playgates, and one integration. Pro ($49, 500 GB) adds five integrations and 50 hours of AI per month. Same tools on every plan. No per-play fees.
